Refund policy
Unfortunately as this is a small business, I can't accept returns, exchanges or refunds at the moment. The only exception is if your item arrives damage or you received the wrong item.
Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, I'm happy to make it right. Please email michellekukuinc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. I’ll gladly offer one refund or replacement per order in the case of damages or fulfillment errors.
Lost Mail
Once your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the postal service, and I’m not able to control delays or lost packages—especially when untracked shipping is selected.
To help avoid issues, I recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout whenever possible.

If tracked shipping was selected and the package is lost, I’ll do my best to help resolve it by filing a claim and providing a refund or replacement if the carrier confirms the loss.

If untracked shipping was selected, please note that it’s considered a riskier option, and I’m unfortunately not able to offer refunds or replacements for lost untracked mail.
